Coseytown Lions Mane was one of the first seedlings I ever grew. This fluffy orange peony blooms with long cuttable stems, is a vigorous bloom producer, and it grows ample tubers that are easy to store. Make sure you pinch this plant back in the spring (gently remove the top terminal bud when it's about 12'' tall) to encourage it to branch. Otherwise, you'll be growing bamboo. You have been warned. Haha. Harvest the blossoms when the bud cracks open and petals are colored, but before mature pollen forms. It will continue to bloom in the vase and give you 5-6 days.
This is the last sale Lions Mane will be included in for the foreseeable future. If you want it, snatch it up. It won't be available next year.
