Our hybridization priorities have been shaped by our own experiences as a cut flower farm in search of the best varieties to bring maximum impact to both our operation and bottom line as a cut flower farm - and our enjoyment as dahlia enthusiasts too!

Meet Coseytown Dexter! This one's a mid-tone yellow bloom that's slightly spattered with red. He's a powerhouse of a plant that gives you bloom after bloom, week after week, all season long. And even if you don't harvest blooms weekly, the plant will remain attractive all summer. Dexter's stems are strong with solid blossom attachment. He makes oodles of tubers that store easily.
Coseytown Dexter has been known to shift his colors and change his stripes. While my favorite color sport is the apricot version, and it also sports solid red and, very rarely, blooms with a high variegation, tubers from plants exhibiting these traits are NOT included in this sale.
