It is our pleasure to provide you with an excellent shopping experience with quick order fulfillment and timely communication throughout the process, including shipping with tracking included standard.

Your merchandise is made-to-order and consequently is ineligible for returns or exchanges. Orders are processed as received, so please carefully double check your merchandise and apparel orders for correct ordered items, quantities, sizes and colors prior to completing checkout.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout; please take care to provide a valid and deliverable shipping address.

Delivery times are estimates based on average time required and are not guaruntees. In the unfortunate event an item should become unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to issue a cancellation with refund for the affected item.

Orders containing multiple item types (e.g. T-shirts and totes) may involve multiple shipments, in which case you will receive notification of the relevant shipments accordingly.

Shipping rates are determined per order and are calculated at order checkout. Shipping times are carrier estimates for the contiguous United States and do not constitue guaruntees. Order delivery status is designated solely by the carrier according to package scans and we cannot assume liability for losses from package theft or negligence of the recipient.

Even with the best systems and precautions, issues may occasionally arise; however, we can only make them right if we know about them.

Concerning order delivery:
Orders containing multiple item types (e.g. T-shirts and tumblers) may involve multiple shipments, in which case you will receive notification of the relevant fulfillment statuses and shipments accordingly.

Estimated delivery times are estimates based on average times and not guaruntees. If your order has not been received more than 5 days thereafter, and additional notification concerning your order status has not already been provided to you, reach out to us by responding to the relevant order email and we'll be happy to help.

Concerning incorrect order fulfillment or incorrectly produced items:
If items in your order have been incorrectly fulfilled or incorrectly produced, please initiate a customer service request by reaching out to us within 5 days of order delivery by responding to the relevant order email. A specific written description of the issue and supporting short video and/or photos are required to initiate a service request. Do not discard any items or shipment packaging materials. After reviewing your submission we will determine eligibility for item replacement.

Sizing charts are linked on the product listings for relevant apparel items to help you determine the correct size to purchase. Please note that as apparel items are custom manufactured per order we cannot offer exchanges or returns for product fit.
