The heart of the hybridization program at Coseytown Flowers is firmly rooted in developing the best possible dahlias for profitable cut flower production. Our hybridization priorities have been shaped by our own experiences as a cut flower farm in search of the best varieties to bring maximum impact to both our operation and bottom line as a cut flower farm - and our enjoyment as dahlia enthusiasts too!
To earn the distinction Coseytown-Certified Cut Flower a variety must demonstrate its ability to consistently meet or exceed expectations on the following traits:
∙ Tuber Productivity and Storability
∙ Plant Growth Habit
∙ Stem Length and Strength
∙ Bloom Productivity
∙ Blossom Orientation
∙ Blossom Attachment
∙ Vase Life

Sooo easy on the eyes! That's what comes to mind every time I see this variety in bloom. Coseytown Juicy blooms with a super pleasant orange color that starts with a hint of yellow luminescence that becomes progressively more orange as the dahlia matures on the stem.
You'll also love digging this one up. Plenty of tubers that are easy to divide and store, with lots of visible eyes! While Coseytown Juicy was originally lined up for a 2023 New Intro, she was so generous in the tuber department that I'm excited to kick things off this year with a 2022 Limited Release!
Like gal-pal Coseytown Baby Cakes and best bloke Coseytown Clem, this variety has unique Australian genetics from seed sourced from Lorelie Merton of Florelie Seasonal Flowers in Bungaree, Australia.
