Shipping Times
Shipments are provided via USPS with tracking number provided. You will receive timely communications throughout the fulfillment and delivery period to keep you well informed. Please see the respective 'Dahlia Tuber' and 'Seed' sections below concerning fulfillment procedures and delivery times.
Dahlia Tuber Products
Shipping for dahlia tuber orders is available to all 50 United States. Typical delivery times for domestic tuber shipments are 2-5 days. Delivery times are according to carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
As is customary, dahlia tubers orders are held for spring-time shipping, beginning in April to appropriate regions. Tubers are a living, perishable product and in all cases dahlia tuber shipping dates will vary as-needed according to location and weather considerations to keep your tubers safe in transit. In order to keep things moving fast and accurate during a peak farm activity time, we cannot offer custom or early shipment dates; thank you for your understanding.
Seed Products
Shipping for dahlia seed orders is available to all 50 United States. Unless otherwise noted, your seed order will be shipped promptly and will not be held for spring-time shipment with tuber orders when seed and tubers are purchased in the same order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable and cannot be 'combined'. If you will be shopping the opening day of a Sale we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Coseytown Dream Cart feature to pre-load your perfect cart in advance of the sale opening rather than splitting up your desired purchase across multiple orders.
Damage and Loss
We carefully package your tuber and seed orders to protect against damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, retain everything including all packaging materials and contact us for assistance.
Coseytown Flowers and the carrier are not liable for losses from package theft or negligence of the recipient. Delivery status is designated by the carrier according to geo-located package scans. If you cannot locate a package which has been marked by the carrier as delivered, please contact your local Post Office for assistance.
Shipping Address and Returned Shipments
Orders are sent to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please verify you have provided a valid and deliverable shipping address by checking either your order confirmation email or in your customer account on the order details page. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address a subsequent shipping charge will be required to reship the package.
*It is not possible to reroute a package or correct an address once a tracking number has been issued. Please notify us of any shipping address errors or corrections needed right away by replying to your order confirmation email. *
