Sales - Orders - Fulfillment
Sale inventory is first-come first-serve only and all sales are final. Orders are processed as received and cannot be modified once payment has been accepted. All sale inventory is allocated (sold) during the sale; we cannot reserve product or process sales prior to the sale launch, nor accept requests for items after they have sold out, for any reason. In the unfortunate event that allocated product should become unavailable for any reason, including unfitness or overallocation due to malfunction or error, we reserve the right to issue refunds and cancellations for affected items. We cannot offer 'next-season' reservations. Due to the perishable nature of goods being sold, sale items are ineligible for exchange or return.
Cart - Checkout
Things can move fast and items placed into the cart are not reserved. Items are only secured once a purchase is completed with confirmation of accepted payment. Items-in-cart that sell out during the checkout process, or become unavailable in the requested quantities, must be adjusted in cart to presently available levels, and you must successfully complete the checkout process thereafter before remaining quantities have been exhausted.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. If you've done much shopping online you have likely used Shopify Payments elsewhere. You are not required to have a 'Shop Pay' account to participate in the sale, however, Shop Pay is awesome and we think you'll love it - not only for the fastest and best-in-class checkout experience, but also for many other reasons like Apple Pay and Google Pay integration options, seamless app-based order status and delivery tracking right from your phone and automatic carbon offsets for shipping emissions - we're here for it.
Quality and Customer Service
Coseytown Flowers strives to offer only the highest quality single-division dahlia tubers. All dahlia tubers sold have been grown right here in Greencastle, PA. All are guaranteed true to variety and to have at least one viable eye. Coseytown Flowers cannot guarantee the performance of your plantings and is not responsible for issues concerning to the ongoing storage of tubers after receipt. Even with the best systems and precautions, issues may occasionally arise; however, we can only make them right if we know about them. If there is an issue with your order requiring customer service please initiate a service request by reaching out to us within 5 days of order delivery by responding to the relevant order email. For issues concerning the quality of a dahlia tuber, both a specific written description of the issue with a short video and/or photos are required to initiate a request. After reviewing your submission we will determine eligibility for tuber replacement. Please note that tuber replacement can only be offered to US customers and we cannot offer 'next-season' reservations. Refunds or store credit equal to the purchase price of the relevant products are issued when replacements cannot be fulfilled. It is only possible to issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are not available for the costs of services which have been rendered, including shipping, phytosanitary inspection/ certificates and preparation of customs forms.

Shipping for dahlia tuber orders is available to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, as well as internationally to Canada.
Your dahlia tubers will be shipped via major carrier with tracking service, and you will receive timely communications throughout the fulfillment and delivery period to keep you well informed. We do not ship tubers via economy class services. Domestic shipping charges are assessed on a non-refundable flat-rate per-order basis. Placing multiple orders will incur subsequent shipping charges which are not refundable. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Coseytown Dream Cart feature to pre-load your perfect cart in advance of the Tuber Sale rather than splitting up your desired purchase across multiple orders.
Dahlia tubers are shipped between March and May. Orders are processed and shipped by location and according to the order received. Orders to southern states typically begin shipping in mid-March. Orders to northern states typically begin shipment from early April. In all cases, dahlia tuber shipping dates will vary as-needed according to weather and location and will continue until all orders have been dispatched. We cannot offer custom shipment dates, accept requests for early shipment, nor hold shipments for any reason. Notice to Alaska residents - your order will ship at the same time as Canadian order shipments and Alaskan buyers accept associated transit risks by participating in the sale.
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout, and it is the customers responsibility to provide a valid and deliverable shipping address. Please verify the shipping address found on your order confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors or
While we package your order with care to protect against damage in transit, Coseytown Flowers cannot guarantee performance of the carrier nor assume liability for carrier-related losses. Coseytown Flowers and the carrier are not liable for losses from package theft or negligence of the recipient. Delivery status is designated solely by the carrier according to geo-located package scans. If you cannot locate a package which has been marked by the carrier as delivered, please contact your local Post Office for assistance in locating your package.

Inspections, Phytosanitary Certificate and International Shipping
Canadian orders require a Phytosanitary Certificate, which includes individual inspection of your order by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture at the time of shipment. We have combined the charges for Canadian orders associated with phytosanitary inspection/ certificate, customs forms preparation and international postage into one flat-rate non-refundable fee per order placed. This will be presented as your shipping option at checkout. These charges are assessed on a per-order basis and subsequent fees for separately placed orders are not refundable. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Coseytown Dream Cart feature to pre-load your perfect cart in advance of the Tuber Sale rather than splitting up your desired purchase across multiple orders. Please note that phytosanitary certificates are not available for orders shipped to domestic addresses, and domestic addresses cannot be modified to international addresses.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
We include all required certificates and documentation for Canadian import with your shipment. There is no standard timeframe concerning processing of shipments through customs and shipments may be held in customs for several weeks. Coseytown Flowers assumes no liability for losses associated with orders delayed or held in customs. The buyer is solely responsible for any import fees or taxes assessed by their authorities.

Orders are shipped with tracking, via USPS Priority Mail International or equivalent service, to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout and it is the customers responsibility to provide a valid and deliverable shipping address.
