Notice of Terms of Sale - A special note is made to Sellers & Resellers of dahlia cuttings & tubers to review the Terms of Sale found here when considering the purchase of Coseytown® dahlias as restrictions apply to these activities.
Patrons of Coseytown Flowers can be assured that you are encouraged to both grow and multiply your stock of our dahlias whether for your own enjoyment or their use in local cut flower production and sales, wedding and event work, floral design and related activities. Indeed, that's what Coseytown dahlias are all about!
Customer Satisfaction, Replacement & Refund Policy
As a family farm and woman-owned business led by independent American dahlia hybridizer LeeAnn Huber, everything we sell is grown for you with love by our small team. We pour ourselves into bringing every original Coseytown dahlia creation to you - and each one represents the culmination of this labor of love expressed through our hearts, heads and hands. We want you to be happy and confident in your purchase of Coseytown dahlias, and if for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
We Guarantee:
∙ Your dahlia tubers will be viable for planting in your field or garden, having an intact neck and at least one viable eye.
∙ Your dahlia tubers will be true-to-variety.
∙ Your order will be inspected for quality and accuracy by multiple team members prior to dispatch.
Click here to learn more about purchasing and growing dahlias from tubers. Please note your tubers may commonly be shipped in a dormant state and sprout development from the eye will begin when stored in conditions suitable to break dormancy for a period of about 2-4 weeks depending on the variety.
Customer Service Requests
Even with the best systems and precautions, issues may occasionally arise; however, we can only make them right if we know about them. You may initiate a customer service request here or by scanning the QR code on the 'How Can We Help' card included with your order and filling out your request. Please note that we cannot accept or administrate effective customer service through social media, thank you for your understanding.
If there is an issue or concern with a tuber's quality or viability, please reach out before planting out or potting up the tuber. Tubers are not eligible for replacement based on cosmetic defects and concerns that do not affect the viability of the tuber for planting in your field or garden. Tubers from which cuttings have been taken or attempted become ineligible for further customer service.
Dahlia tubers are a living, perishable product and detailed care and growing instructions are included with your purchase. Accordingly, you accept responsibility for the ongoing storage and care of your tubers after receipt. With proper handling and care a dahlia tuber should sprout within 5 weeks of planting. If a tuber you planted fails to sprout, please contact us here to receive further instructions, making such requests upon the earlier of a) 6 weeks post-planting or b) August 1st of the growing season in which the purchase was made.
Replacement & Refund
Please carefully inspect your order when you receive it and initiate a customer service request within 7 days of delivery concerning issues with your product or order as received. No replacements or refunds can be issued after 7 days.
In order to obtain a tuber replacement delivered at no cost to you, a customer service request must be initiated and approved. A written description of the issue and a short video or photos showing the tuber's markings and the issue described will be collected.
Refunds are issued when a replacement of the same product is unavailable at that time. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only and are limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation
Due to their perishable nature, dahlia tubers are ineligible for return or exchange. According to the high volume of orders we process, orders cannot be modified once payment has been accepted. Requests for order cancellation should be made via email within 3 days of placement. Orders that have moved into fulfillment and shipping are ineligible for cancellation.
We take care to only offer product for sale in quantities that we are confident can be fulfilled according to our high quality standards at the time of shipment. We may still however occasionally need to cancel and refund items should product become unavailable, and will notify you in advance if this is the case.
Liability
Our liability for any claims related to the purchase of our products is limited to a refund of the purchase price. We do not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent allowed by law.
